PCSO OPENS IN BOHOL--Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) General Manager Jose Ferdinand M. Rojas II (third left) and Bohol Vice-Governor Concepcion Lim (second left) place a lucky inaugural bet at the opening of the PCSO sub-branch in Tagbilaran City, last July 31, 2012.
