PCSO turnover ambulance to N. Samar

Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) Chairperson Margarita P. Juico (second from right) turns over a key to a new PCSO Ambulance to Mayor Fredicanda Tubello Dy (right) of Catubig, Northern Samar, during a simple ceremony held recently at the agency's main office at the PICC, Pasay City. With them are PCSO's General Manager Atty. Jose Ferdinand Rojas II (left)  and Board of Director Atty. Mabel Mamba. Mayor Dy was very thankful to the PCSO management for the ambulance unit. The mayor recalled that during times of emergency she even let her constituents use her motorcycle to bring patients to a hospital, which usually takes one hour and half. She said after 20 years, her town now has its own Ambulance. Juico said PCSO is giving priority to 4th, 5th and 6th class municipalities in the Ambulance Cars distribution. (JOSEPH MUEGO)
