The Sales Agent
Anyone who buys at least a booklet of sweepstakes tickets
from PCSO (Head Office, Provincial District Offices and Provincial Distributors)
duly receipted in his/her name.
Anyone who purchases sweepstakes tickets
by the booklets and sells them either on retail or by the booklets. Purchase of
tickets maybe in cash or in credit.
