At the dawn of the 21 st Century, every nation, great or small, can lay claim to the infinite expanse of the information highway, and benefit from the awesome power inherent in what has been regarded as the greatest advancement in communication technology known to man.

The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) stands at the threshold of these scientific breakthroughs, confident that it can harness the power of information to help the poorest of the poor in Philippine society.

As the principal government agency tasked to raise and provide funds for health programs, medical assistance, and charities of national character, the PCSO leadership believes that the World Wide Web is the fastest and most wide-reaching service delivery route available to date.

With features designed to instantly access PCSO programs, projects, services, and requests for assistance, it is envisioned that now, more than ever, charity service is just a click away.
