As we enter an age wherein information grants power, we are working towards empowering and engaging our citizens by opening more channels of communication with them.

Our countrymen can rest assured that our administration, together with the new Board of Directors, will make certain that the equitable financial and medical assistance offered by the PCSO will be further strengthened.

Through this website, the less fortunate can be made more aware of the various programs offered and implemented by this office. Moreover, we hope that Filipinos all over the country continue their steadfast support for the PCSO's projects.

We are here to promote the welfare of our people, to look after their interests, and to be faithful to the people's mandate of change. And as long as we draw our strength from the people - as long as we prove ourselves worthy of their trust - then, indeed, no challenge can be too great. We are on the cusp of fulfilling our great potential. We will restore our national dignity. We will rebuild our nation.
