Pursuant to Executive Order No. 203, s. 2016, adopting a Compensation and Position Classification System (CPCS) and a General Index of Occupational Services (IOS), the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) scheduled plenary sessions on “Rating of Job Positions Using the Approved Compensable Factors” from April 4 to 7 and April 17 to 20, 2017 for all of its offices and departments at the Legend Villas Hotel in Mandaluyong City.

The rating of job positions is the step which needs to be undertaken by the Agency prior to the Job Classification. The PCSO has already completed the writing of the Competency-Based Job Descriptions and Qualification Standards as part of its commitment to have a competency-based human resource and to ensure that it will attract, retain and keep high performing people within the organization.
Continuing competency seminars, training and sessions are being conducted to align existing salary structure of the various job levels towards a sound compensation system for PCSO.
