The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) showed a wonderful gesture to commemorate someone’s service to the agency for her dedication and exemplary performance for contributing 21 years of her life serving the Filipino people.

Today, July 17, 2017 marks the last working day of no other than Ms. Milagros Paner, “Ate Mila” to many, stressed out during her speech that her notion of retirement is both interesting and elusive. Ms.Paner was initially hired as Casual employee on November 13, 1995 at Internal Audit Department and later promoted as Financial Analyst II on September 13, 2013, assigned in the Accounting and Budget Department.

The simple celebration happened during the flag honoring at the Conservatory Building spearheaded by PCSO Vice Chairman/General Manager Alexander F. Balutan who led the awarding of Token of Appreciation and Plaque of Recognition. An audio-video presentation prepared by the Human Resources Department made an impact especially to those employees who have been a part of her life reminiscing good memories of the past and present.

The event was filled with laughter, cheers, gratitude and heartfelt messages from PCSO GM Balutan pointed out that reaching the age of 65 is something to celebrate and a welcome reward after toiling in the workforce for years.
