Institutional Partnership (IP) Program

The Institutional Partnership Program (IPP) is PCSO's response to the concerns/ needs of various sectors in society through the programs and services of accredited social welfare and development agencies (SWDAs) of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) or private health-related foundations/agencies licensed/accredited by the Department of Health (DOH).

It provides funding assistance to augment the budgetary needs of qualified agencies for the nutritional, medical, and health interventions of specific clientele groups. It is an acknowledgement, acceptance, and respect by each party of the other's distinct, but mutually complementary and interdependent roles for the attainment of shared goals for the well-being of needy clients.

PCSO, as a gender-responsive organization, incorporates Gender Equality, Diversity, and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) principles into the IPP. These principles guide the development of strategies, policies, and practices aimed at promoting equal access and opportunities for women, as well as for other disadvantaged, vulnerable, and marginalized groups, in accordance with Republic Act No. 9710, or the Magna Carta of Women.
