A solo parent from Noveleta, Cavite has claimed the 10 million jackpot prize from the Lotto 6/42 draw held on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO).
The winner personally claimed her prize at the PCSO main office and shared the story behind her lucky ticket. She said the winning numbers were based on special occasions and the birthdays of her family members, making the combination especially meaningful to her. Rather than choosing random digits, she placed her bet on numbers connected to important memories and milestones in her life.
The winning combination 18-12-37-02-30-24 matched the numbers on her ticket, which she purchased for 100. She also revealed that she had been increasing her ticket purchases since October last year, holding on to the hope that she would eventually win the jackpot. That decision ultimately paid off, turning a personally significant set of numbers into a life-changing prize.

Despite her sudden fortune, the winner said she has clear priorities for her winnings. She plans to use the money primarily for the collegiate education of her child, settle her existing loans, and invest and save the remaining amount for their future.
PCSO, meanwhile, reminds the public to always play responsibly and emphasizes that Lotto is a game of chance. The agency also notes that proceeds from its games continue to help support its charity programs, medical assistance, and other social services for Filipinos in need.
