The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) donated various medicines and vitamins to the 2nd Civil-Military Operations Company (2CMOC) and 3rd Civil-Military Operations Battalion (3CMOBn) of the Philippine Army as part of its continuing program to promote the health and welfare of the Filipino people.

The turnover ceremony was held on May 28, 2026, at the PCSO Main Office along Shaw Boulevard in Mandaluyong City, led by Medical Officer Dr. Zelda Ganancial and Nurse Ruby Octava of the Medical Services Department.

Corporal Romeo Aminaza of the Philippine Army formally received the donated medicines and vitamins and expressed his gratitude to the PCSO. According to him, the assistance will greatly support the conduct of upcoming medical missions, particularly in the mountainous areas of the provinces of Negros Oriental and Iloilo, where many residents have limited access to essential medicines and vitamins.

The initiative was undertaken under the PCSO’s Medicine Donation Program, which seeks to assist underserved communities by providing essential medicines and improving access to healthcare services.
