
The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) formally turned over various assistance packages to the Municipality of Jamindan, Capiz, as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program, during a ceremony held at the PCSO Main Office in Mandaluyong City, on June 23 2026.
The official turnover ceremony was led by PCSO Board Directors Jennifer Liongson-Guevara and Imelda Papin.
Jamindan Mayor Donnah Valdemar personally received the donations on behalf of the municipality and its constituents, including 300 Charitimba food packs, 30 wheelchairs, 30 walkers, 30 crutches, and 30 canes, which are expected to benefit residents in need, particularly senior citizens, persons with disabilities, and vulnerable members of the community.
Through its CSR Program, PCSO achieves its mission of delivering compassionate and responsive assistance beyond its regular charitable and health-related programs. The initiative also reflects the agency’s dedication to promoting social welfare and extending help to underserved communities nationwide.
As it continues to carry out its mandate, PCSO remains steadfast in bringing hope, care, and support to communities nationwide.
