MANDALUYONG CITY – A former overseas Filipino worker (OFW) from General Santos City emerged as the lone jackpot winner of the Mega Lotto 6/45 draw held on July 3, 2026, taking home a jackpot prize of 97,966,977.93.
The winning combination, 43-02-13-05-36-01, was drawn live at the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) Main Office in Mandaluyong City. The winning ticket was purchased at a lotto outlet in General Santos City, South Cotabato.
The winner, who recently ended his overseas employment, now manages a small retail business. A loyal lotto enthusiast for nearly seven years, he shared that his interest in playing the lottery was inspired by a relative who also won a PCSO jackpot several years ago.

According to the winner, he purchased four Lucky Pick combinations totaling 100 in advance. Fortune smiled upon him as one of the four generated combinations matched all six winning numbers, securing the life-changing jackpot.
The winner said he intends to use part of his winnings to expand his small business, purchase a house, and set aside savings for the future.
PCSO reminds all lotto winners that prizes must be claimed within one (1) year from the date of the draw. Pursuant to the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion (TRAIN) Law, prizes exceeding 10,000 are subject to a 20% final tax.
Jackpot winners are required to present the original signed winning ticket and two valid government-issued identification cards when claiming their prizes at the PCSO Main Office in Mandaluyong City.
The Mega Lotto 6/45 is drawn every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9:00 p.m. and is aired live on IBC-13, D8TV, and through the PCSO Games Online Hub Facebook page.
PCSO likewise reminds the public to always keep their lotto tickets safe and to affix their signature at the back of each ticket immediately after purchase to establish ownership.
All unclaimed lotto prizes are forfeited after one year and will form part of PCSO Charity Fund, which finances the agency’s medical assistance programs, health services, calamity response initiatives, and other charitable projects benefiting millions of Filipinos nationwide.
