As part of the consultation series for Board of
Directors, Management and employees dubbed as “Kumustaka Juana?”, the
PCSO Gender and Development Focal Point System (GFPS), conducted the
first legin Mindanao on April 5, 2018 at the Marco Polo Hotel in Davao
City.
During the activity, the PCSO Board of Directors headed by PCSO Chairperson and GAD Champion Anselmo Simeon P. Pinili and the PCSO Management led by General Manager Alexander F. Balutan and the Assistant General Managers (AGMs) were joined by the branch heads of Mindanao Department under the leadership of Department Manager Gloria Ybañez.
Matters discussed during the consultation meeting
were (1) Lotto/ STL sales report within Mindanao (per Branch Office);
(2) additional manpower requirements in the region; (3) Continuing
efforts to improve revenue generation capacity in Mindanao to augment
funding requirements of expanding PCSO Charity services; and (4)
feedback on urgent personnel concerns etc.
