
La Paz, Tarlac — On October 21, 2025, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) joined the LAB for All program led by First Lady Marie Louise “Liza” Araneta Marcos at the Municipal Plaza of La Paz, Tarlac.
The entire PCSO Board, headed by General Manager Melquiades Robles and Chairperson Ret. Judge Felix Reyes, attended the event in full support of the activity. They were joined by Directors Janet De Leon Mercado, Jennifer Liongson-Guevara, and Imelda Papin.
In partnership with the PCSO Tarlac Branch, led by Branch Manager Caroline Zablan, the agency distributed 1,500 ChariTimba food packs to attendees. PCSO also turned over a check worth 458,672.43 to Governor Christian Yap, representing lotto shares of the province and the municipality of La Paz from January to June 2025.
The LAB for All, initiated by the First Lady, aims to bring free laboratory services and medical consultations closer to Filipino communities, in collaboration with various government agencies.
