In support of President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr.'s directive to expand healthcare services for Filipinos, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) and the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) have entered into a strategic partnership to provide Patient Transport Vehicles (PTVs) to qualified beneficiaries across the country.
On October 15, 2025, PCSO General Manager Melquiades Robles and PAGCOR Chairman and CEO Alejandro Tengco formally signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to strengthen collaboration between the two agencies.
Aiming to reinforce the government's broader initiative to improve healthcare accessibility nationwide, PAGCOR will donate 70 PTVs to beneficiaries identified by PCSO.
These vehicles will serve as essential tools for transporting patients from remote communities to hospitals and healthcare facilities, enabling local government units to respond more effectively to medical emergencies and provide timely care.
Through this joint effort, PCSO and PAGCOR reaffirm their commitment to supporting national health programs and ensuring that essential medical services reach every Filipino.
